This sweet little senior girl was dumped at a doggy boarding facility. She ran after the car as it sped away. She was left in the middle of the road alone and confused.
There was a note, written on a napkin, found on the sidewalk.
She has clearly had fleas for a long time because she is covered in sores and has missing fur from all the flea bites.
She is also likely heartworm positive because she clearly hasn't been on any prevention. Heartworm treatment can cost around $1500
We are going to take care of Roxie and give her the tender love and care that she deserves ❤️🩹 Her story breaks our heart.
